Your order shall be processed within 2 working days from confirmation of payment. Once processed, an order can only be cancelled within 48 hours. To cancel, you need to send us an email informing us about the same and you shall receive a voucher of the balance amount after a deduction of 3% processing fee. Email can be sent at Contact@klugfurniture.com. No cancellations after 48 hours of order processing.
